Service Delivery Policy

World Maratha Matrimony sells one thing: access to a matrimonial service on this website. There is nothing to post, so there are no shipping charges, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address to give us. What you buy is delivered to your account on this site, and it is delivered immediately.

When your membership starts

The moment Razorpay Software Private Limited confirms your payment — normally within a minute — the plan is active on your account. You do not have to wait for anyone to approve it and you do not have to log out and back in. The higher interest and message limits and the contact details of other members are available on your very next page load.

A receipt goes to your registered email address at the same time, and your membership, its start date and its expiry date are shown on your profile page for as long as it runs.

How long it lasts

Each plan states its own duration on the membership page — usually three, six or twelve months, and in some cases lifetime access. The clock starts on activation, not on the day you first use it, and the exact expiry date is on your profile page from the moment you pay.

If it does not activate

Sometimes a bank takes the money and the confirmation is slow to arrive, so the plan does not switch on straight away. Give it fifteen minutes and refresh the page. If it is still not active, write to concierge@worldmaratha.in with the Razorpay payment ID from your bank message. We check it against the gateway and either activate the membership or return the money — see the cancellation and refund policy for the timelines. Please do not pay a second time.

Where we deliver

Anywhere. The service is used by Maratha families across India and by the diaspora abroad, and a membership works the same wherever you open the site from. Prices are charged in Indian rupees; if you pay with a card issued outside India, your own bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own foreign transaction fee, which we neither receive nor control.

Physical items

We do not sell or ship any physical goods. If someone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for a delivery address, a courier charge or a customs payment, it is not us — tell us at concierge@worldmaratha.in straight away.
