World Maratha Matrimony is a matrimonial matchmaking website for the Maratha community in India and abroad. Members create a verified marriage profile, search prospects by age, city and community background, express interest in the profiles they like, and message the matches who accept. It is used both by unmarried men and women themselves and by parents searching on their behalf.

Registration is free. Open worldmaratha.in, choose Create Free Profile, and sign up with your mobile number or with your Google account. You then complete a matrimonial profile with your age, education, occupation, city, family background and photographs. Your profile goes to our team for verification before it becomes visible to other members.

Yes. Creating a profile, completing verification and browsing other members costs nothing. A paid membership is only needed to contact families directly and to raise the limits on interests and messages. Current plans and prices are listed on the membership page at worldmaratha.in/pricing.

Yes. Many profiles are created and managed by parents, siblings or close relatives, which is normal practice in Maratha marriage arrangements. The profile should state who is managing it, and the person the profile is for must consent to being listed.

Members come from across Maharashtra — including Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad and Satara — as well as the rest of India and from Maratha families settled abroad. You can filter the member list by city or region when you search.

Yes. World Maratha Matrimony is a dedicated space for the Maratha community, so that members can rely on shared cultural values and community background when they consider a proposal.

Every profile is reviewed manually by our team before it goes live. Verification covers identity, contact details, education, career, residence, family and background, checked through documents, telephone calls, video calls and third-party KYC partners. A badge on each profile shows how far those checks went, so you can see at a glance how thoroughly a prospect has been vetted.

Mobile number verification is mandatory, profiles are held back from the member list until a human reviewer approves them, and profiles that fail verification or are reported by members are removed. If you suspect a profile is not genuine, report it or write to concierge@worldmaratha.in and our team will investigate.

Our matching engine, built on Google Gemini, compares your profile and stated partner expectations against other members — age, location, education, occupation, family background and personality traits — and produces a compatibility score. It is a shortlist tool, not a decision: you always see why a profile was suggested and remain free to search manually.

Send an interest to the profile. If the other member or their family accepts, a private chat opens between you and you can take the conversation forward at your own pace. Nobody can message you until you have accepted their interest.

Payments are handled through Razorpay, so you can pay by UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking. Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on the membership page before you pay.

Refunds are governed by our refund and cancellation policy at worldmaratha.in/refund-policy. If something has gone wrong with a payment, write to concierge@worldmaratha.in and our team will look into it.

Yes. You control who sees your photographs — you can make them public, keep them private, or show them only to members you have connected with.

Signing in with Google is optional and is only a faster way to create and secure your account. We request just your basic Google profile — name, email address and profile picture. We never request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts or Calendar, and we do not sell your data.

Write to concierge@worldmaratha.in from your registered email address and ask for deletion. We action deletion requests within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Full details are in our privacy policy.
